In this interactive “Support Group meets “Lean Coffee” session, we will begin to explore Agile’s Final Frontier: Agility in Finance.
Join us and grab a chair (green if you're in Finance, blue if you are an Agilist) and introduce yourself. You can start with: "Hello, my name is Alistair. I am a finance professional, and I've been bureaucracy-free for 5 years now."
Once we have aired our frustrations and confusions, and discussed and resolved one or two of them, let’s select the topics we would like to unpack together over the coming months.
The Agile Business Consortium’s Agility in Finance Special Interest Group (SIG) aims to bring together individuals with a shared interest in this topic to facilitate collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and meaningful discussions. Our goal is to bring together people from the Accounting and Finance Community and Professional Agilists so that we can reach a common understanding as to how these functions can support each other in an organisation.
Learning Outcomes:
- Help bridge the gap between Finance and Agility
- Help shape the Agile Finance Special Interest Group
- Join the conversation, share, learn, address challenges together
- Network and meet others with similar interests
