Emily is an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) professional who proudly embraces her diverse career journey. This squiggly path has led her to a unique opportunity: integrating agility and agile practices into the HR and L&D professions. Introduced to Agile several years ago by a fellow steering group member (thanks, Perry!), Emily's initial interest quickly blossomed into a deep passion.
As a freelance L&D consultant, Emily champions the use of tools and methods typically found in the software industry to challenge traditional HR norms and discover more effective ways to deliver value. She is a qualified Agile Coach and Scrum Master, but she believes the most significant changes come through conversation, curiosity, and an agile mindset that fosters continuous growth and adaptation.
