Agility in HR SIG
The Agile Business Consortium believes effective business agility is built on the engagement of all disciplines, and none more so than HR.
HR is key to developing a culture where people and organisations can thrive. Talent development, a collaborative approach, empowered professionals, purposeful decision making – these are all issues critical to business agility and where HR can make a real difference.
The HR SIG is led by a steering group of volunteers who are committed to connecting HR more closely with the values and principles of agility.
This group runs events where topics are discussed so that thinking for this domain is taken forward.
