Module 1: The Complexity Navigation module provides a comprehensive introduction to business analysis, exploring its role and relevance in today's dynamic landscape. You will learn how technology has impacted business and how the rise of business agility addresses VUCA. We introduce the Cynefin framework to navigate complexity effectively and empower teams to run safe-to-fail experiments.

Module 2: The Vision and Value module delves into the parameters of a successful solution and define value in the VUCA world. You will gain insights into creating a robust business case, conducting risk analysis, and considering different relevant perspectives. We also introduce value networks and tools to capture and measure stakeholder value, such as jobs to be done, personas, empathy maps, journey maps, and value proposition canvas.

Module 3: To support better decision-making in VUCA domains, the Experimentation and Validated Learning module focuses on experimentation and validated learning. We guide you through the RADAR process—Research, Advance hypothesis, Design experiment, Analyse data, and refine or reject—to create rapid experiments and gain valuable insights. You will learn how to record experiments effectively and assess the strength of evidence.
