Overall Business Agility
Through the Agile Business Awards, we aim to recognise organisations' achievements relating to overall business agility. This Awards process is framework agnostic and inclusive. Applications are welcomed from organisations that:
- focus on agility through a specific framework,
- use a hybrid that includes elements from many frameworks, or
- have changed the way they work by shifting to an agile mindset, supporting their approach with a selection of tools and techniques.
Business Agility is a people-centred, organisation-wide capability that enables a business to deliver value amidst the complexity created by fast changing conditions.
We are looking for organisations where an agile approach to work stretches across function boundaries to align the enterprise to deliver its strategic purpose.
Successful organisations within this category will be able to show they can:
- Adapt quickly to market changes – internally and externally
- Deliver value rapidly and flexibly to meet customer needs
- Adapt and lead change in a productive and cost-effective way without compromising quality
- Be continuously at a competitive advantage
Who can and cannot enter
Entries will be evaluated against the Framework for Business Agility – highlighting the elements that can make an organisation truly agile.
