The Business Agility Think Tank is a network of Business Agility Thought Leaders and Catalysts from across the globe.
Experts in their field, members of the Business Agility Think Tank support and strengthen the work of research organisations, foundations and others in support of growing more agile organisations and insititutions.
The work of the Business Agility Think Tank focuses on developing solutions to challenges found in organisations and we partner and share with institutions and other community groups to drive evidence-informed change.

Peter Coesmans
Peter has been involved in agile working and its predecessors since 1997. He has helped to forward professionals in agility (co-authoring Agile Portfolio Management), project/programme/portfolio management (co-authoring IPMA’s ICB4 standard), and facilitation (setting up the international CPF assessment for IAF international). Peter often gets the opportunity to speak at professional conferences worldwide, on a myriad of topics. He is always looking for sustainable improvements and believes true change is brought forward in small steps, through learning and experimenting, and by collaborating with people with a common goal.

Myles Hopkins
Myles is a dedicated professional in Artificial Intelligence and Value Architecture, with a strong track record in advancing business agility across Africa and internationally. As the founder and CEO of BeYond Agile, he supports organisations in navigating change and building sustainable, adaptive strategies. Within the Agile Business Consortium, he contributes to several key initiatives, including the Business Agility Think Tank, Adaptive Strategy Group, Agility and AI Group, and leads the HR Special Interest Group. Guided by a servant leadership philosophy, Myles brings a wealth of experience across industries and regions, helping to drive innovation and value in complex environments.

Giles Lindsay
A Professional Member of the Agile Business Consortium, Giles Lindsay is a business agility coach and transformational leader who is passionate about empowering organisations to achieve their full potential through strategic planning, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. His soon-to-be-published book: "Clearly Agile: A Leadership Guide to Business Agility”, is a comprehensive guide to embracing Agile principles and transforming organisations. It provides insights, case studies, and practical advice for businesses adopting agile and creating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.’
Mike Burrows
Mike is recognised for his pioneering work in Lean, Agile, and Kanban, his advocacy for participatory and outcome-oriented approaches to change, transformation, and strategy, and his relational approach to organisation. Author of the Lean-Agile classic Kanban from the Inside (2014), Mike has written a number of books for audiences in the Business Agility space – most recently, Wholehearted: Engaging with Complexity in the Deliberately Adaptive Organisation (2025). Prior to his consulting career, he was global development manager and Executive Director at a top-tier investment bank, CTO for an energy risk management startup, and interim delivery manager for two of the UK government's digital ‘exemplar’ projects. His focus now is on wholehearted, deliberately adaptive organisations and the transformational leadership that enables them.
