Peter Coesmans
Peter has been involved in agile working and its predecessors since 1997. He has helped to forward professionals in agility (co-authoring Agile Portfolio Management), project/programme/portfolio management (co-authoring IPMA’s ICB4 standard), and facilitation (setting up the international CPF assessment for IAF international). Peter often gets the opportunity to speak at professional conferences worldwide, on a myriad of topics. He is always looking for sustainable improvements and believes true change is brought forward in small steps, through learning and experimenting, and by collaborating with people with a common goal.

Mike Burrows
Mike is recognised for his pioneering work in Lean, Agile, and Kanban, his advocacy for participatory and outcome-oriented approaches to change, transformation, and strategy, and his relational approach to organisation. Author of the Lean-Agile classic Kanban from the Inside (2014), Mike has written a number of books for audiences in the Business Agility space – most recently, Wholehearted: Engaging with Complexity in the Deliberately Adaptive Organisation (2025). Prior to his consulting career, he was global development manager and Executive Director at a top-tier investment bank, CTO for an energy risk management startup, and interim delivery manager for two of the UK government's digital ‘exemplar’ projects. His focus now is on wholehearted, deliberately adaptive organisations and the transformational leadership that enables them.

Alistair Corrie
Alistair is a Business Agility Thought Leader and Chartered Accountant. He helps lead the Consortium’s Agility in the Finance Special Interest Group.
He is the author of a number of books on Agile Leadership, and has written and constributed to various articles and learning modules.
Alistair has invested a lifetime into exploring how humans are motivated and how they solve problems and deliver outcomes. In his book, The Key Elements for Business Agility, he explains that humans were Born Agile and discusses what makes us Naturally Agile, so that we can rediscover our agile instrincts. Neil Walker
A Professional Level 4 Member of the Agile Business Consortium, Neil is a seasoned business agility strategist, product leader, and transformation advisor with over 30 years of experience driving meaningful change across industries. His career has followed an intentionally unconventional path, spanning engineering, delivery, leadership, and enterprise coaching.
An early pioneer of Agile thinking, Neil was handpicked in the early 1990s, long before the Agile Manifesto, to help NatWest Bank exploit lightweight software development approaches.
