Steering Group of Volunteers
Emily Morgan
Emily is an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) professional who proudly embraces her diverse career journey. This squiggly path has led her to a unique opportunity: integrating agility and agile practices into the HR and L&D professions. Introduced to Agile several years ago by a fellow steering group member (thanks, Perry!), Emily's initial interest quickly blossomed into a deep passion.
As a freelance L&D consultant, Emily champions the use of tools and methods typically found in the software industry to challenge traditional HR norms and discover more effective ways to deliver value. She is a qualified Agile Coach and Scrum Master, but she believes the most significant changes come through conversation, curiosity, and an agile mindset that fosters continuous growth and adaptation.
Jeroen Venneman
Jeroen has made it his mission to bring agile to the organisational level. He has a lot of experience in taking agile out of the ICT domain and making the connection with business and transforming departments like HR, finance and risk. He is the chairman of the Agile Consortium in the Netherlands and examiner for the Agile Master Certificate. With more than 25 years of experience in consultancy, training and coaching, no challenge is too big for Jeroen.

Perry Timms
Perry Timms has over 30 years of experience in business change and performance, with the last 21 being in HR/Organisation Development. He ranked Number 1 in HR's Most Influential Thinkers 2022 (his 5th inclusion in that list) and is now in the HR Most Influential Hall of Fame and a 4x Engagement 101 Global Influencer. Perry is a 4x Guest Professor, a 2x author and a 2x TEDx speaker. Perry founded People and Transformational HR 12 years ago, and the venture is a Certified BCorporation, a WorldBlu Certified Freedom-Centred organisation, a Gold Standard 4-day Working Week, a 2023 Top 50 EMEA Inspiring Workplaces, Top 5 Most Flexible Workplace on the Flexa Index, a Living Wage employer and a Climate Positive enterprise. Perry is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, a Fellow of the RSA and in 2024 was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award for his work in self-managed, democratic organisations.
