Agility in HR
Through the Agile Business Awards, we aim to recognise organisations' achievements relating to agility in HR. This Awards process is framework agnostic and inclusive. Applications are welcomed from organisations that:
- focus on agility through a specific framework,
- use a hybrid that includes elements from many frameworks, or
- have changed the way they work by shifting to an agile mindset, supporting their approach with a selection of tools and techniques.
Would you like your organisation to be recognised for applying agility and agile principles within the HR space. The Manifesto for Agile Software Development included ‘Individuals and interactions over processes and tools’ and so the expansion of this throughout an organisation is core to business agility success.
Agility in HR focuses on organisation culture, the development of talent and improving employee engagement levels. We're looking for organisations that live out their agile values, making space for skills development, empowering teams to self-manage and feeding an innovative culture.
Who can and cannot enter
Award entries will be assessed by an independent panel of experts within the broad perspective of the Framework for Business Agility.
