Artificial intelligence (AI) has evolved from its conception in 1950, when Alan Turing introduced the concept of machine intelligence, to becoming a revolutionary force in modern society. While the term "artificial intelligence" was first coined in 1956, the advent of generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, has marked a significant turning point, dramatically transforming the way individuals and organisations approach work, creativity, and decision-making.

Agile has come a long way since the Agile Manifesto [link] in 2001. Originally a call to rethink software development, it is now what underpins how successful organisations adapt to change, lead with purpose and deliver value. But now, there’s a new disruptor: Artificial Intelligence.
