Our Ambassadors
Jon Ward
Working at the intersection of agile, artificial intelligence and business strategy, Jon Ward is a lifelong learner, currently researching the use of Digital Models and AI to create agility. He was recently piloting modern ways of working using agentive AI in a software solutions provider in the global financial services sector.
Jon has experience in agile transformations in large organisations, leading an engineering transformation in an eighteen-hundred-person division of a financial services provider, coaching lean-agile adoption in a six-thousand-employee division of a tier-one global bank, and being responsible for agile business transformation in a four thousand eight hundred employee infrastructure division of an international telecoms firm. Jon believes in the measurable benefits of business agility and is a recognised Business Agility Thought Leader with accreditation from the Agile Business Consortium.
