About the course
Agile workplaces feel different. People are trusted to make decisions, ideas come from anywhere, and the structures that often slow good work down get out of the way. If you’re new to agile, or you’ve recently joined an agile team and want to understand what makes it tick, this course gives you the foundations.
You’ll explore how agile organizations differ from traditional ones, why businesses are redesigning the way they work to stay competitive in a VUCA world, and the leadership behaviours that hold organizations back when they don’t change. You’ll also learn about the practices that bring agile workplaces to life, including psychological safety and empowerment, and how they support better outcomes for individuals, teams and the organization as a whole.
You’ll learn through quizzes, worksheets, videos and real-life case studies designed to help you put what you cover into practice. On completion, you’ll earn a certificate endorsed by the Agile Business Consortium to add to your professional portfolio.
