9. Product Refunds and Returns

You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt to return physical products purchased from Agile Business Consortium.

To be eligible for a return:

• products must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received; and
• products must be returned in their original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to provide refunds for digital books, downloadable resources or other digital content once access has been provided or download links have been issued, except where required under applicable consumer protection law.
