Now in their 4th year, the Agility Impact Awards recognize organizations, teams and leaders who go beyond adopting agile ways of working to genuinely embody the principles and deliver lasting impact.

We’ve been blown away by the number of amazing stories, from amazing people. The clearest shift this year was from stories of ‘doing agile’ to evidence of genuine organisational change. The strongest entries were honest about resistance, setbacks and lessons learned, because progress is rarely tidy. Our finalists have raised the standard by showing that credibility comes not from claiming perfection, but from proving impact.
