About the course

Culture is the difference between an organization that talks about agility and one that genuinely lives it. The right culture empowers teams to make decisions, embrace change and consistently deliver value, while the wrong one quietly undermines even the best frameworks and intentions.

This course gives you a deeper understanding of what an agile culture actually looks like and how to build one. You’ll explore different types of organizational culture, examine the core values, behaviours and practices that define an agile one, and use the Agile Culture Development Matrix to assess where your own organization sits today. You’ll also consider how a purpose-led, people-centric culture supports the kind of responsiveness and innovation that high-performing organizations are known for.

On completion, you’ll earn a certificate endorsed by the Agile Business Consortium to add to your professional portfolio.
