Melissa is a principal Agile and Business Agility specialist with over 20 years’ experience supporting digital, data, and transformational change across Finance, Higher Education, and Government. She helps organisations turn learning into practical capability by shaping environments where people can experiment, collaborate, and make better decisions. Her work enables teams and leaders to operate with clarity, confidence, and adaptability.
Recognised by the Agile Business Consortium as a Business Agility Professional -Master, Melissa brings expertise in cultural change, team development, and embedding agile thinking into everyday work. She contributed to the Manifesto for Enterprise Agility, launched by PMI and the Agile Alliance, and is co‑founder of the Agile Project Professionals Community and co‑author of the Agile Finance Manifesto.
Niamh is an Experienced Learning Designer and educator with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry, designing, developing and delivering training programmes for a variety of clients across different industries. She is a strong education professional with extensive experience working in educational institutions abroad and in the UK. Niamh is passionate about creating engaging and interactive learning experiences and using the latest technological innovations to facilitate learning. She is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning design to meet the needs of diverse learners and help to achieve their goals. Niamh's interests include applied linguistics, learning languages and travelling. She also enjoys cooking different international cuisines.
