Agility Impact Awards 2026 shortlist announced
Meet the organizations, teams and leaders shortlisted for the Agility Impact Awards 2026, celebrating meaningful impact through agile ways of working.
The shortlist for the highly anticipated Agility Impact Awards 2026 has been revealed, recognizing organizations, teams and leaders from around the world that are creating meaningful impact through agile thinking and ways of working.
Now in their fourth year, the awards celebrate those going beyond the adoption of agile methods to demonstrate real change, measurable outcomes and lasting value.
This year’s shortlist reflects the breadth of agility in practice, with entries from financial services, healthcare, technology, transport, entertainment, public services and other sectors. The shortlisted organizations and individuals have demonstrated impact across six categories: Project and Programme Delivery, Agile Leadership, Transformation Initiative, Agile Culture, Collaboration and Continuous Learning.

The breadth of this year’s shortlist shows that meaningful agility is not confined to one sector, geography or type of organization. These entries demonstrate what can happen when people are willing to learn, adapt and focus on outcomes that genuinely matter.

What happens next?
Shortlisted entrants will be invited to take part in a short online conversation with members of the independent review panel between 28th September and 2nd October 2026.
These conversations will give entrants an opportunity to expand on their submissions, answer questions and share further evidence of the impact of their work.
Award recipients will be announced on 12th October 2026. The Agile Business Consortium will then work with recognized individuals, teams and organizations to share their stories with its global audience, including through the November edition of Momentum Magazine.
