Agility Impact Awards 2026 recipients announced
Meet the recipients of the Agility Impact Awards 2026, celebrating organizations, teams and leaders creating meaningful impact through agile ways of working.

The Agile Business Consortium is delighted to announce the 2026 list of Agility Impact Awards recipients in recognition of excellence in their category. Nine organizations have been recognized across six categories for creating meaningful impact through agile thinking and ways of working.
This year’s awards attracted entries from across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and North America, spanning sectors from financial services and healthcare to transport, technology and entertainment. That breadth reflects how organizations in different settings are applying agile principles to address their own challenges.
Now in their fourth year, the awards celebrate real change, learning and measurable outcomes. They recognize the people putting business agility into practice through how they lead, deliver, collaborate and build the capability to adapt.
Recognizing agility in practice
Following the shortlist announcement in July, shortlisted entrants were invited to a conversation with an independent review panel to explore their submission and share further evidence of their work.
The assessment provided an opportunity to understand the challenges behind each entry, the approaches taken and the difference they made. It also gave entrants space to reflect on what they learned along the way.
This year’s recipients demonstrate the many areas where agility can make a difference, from project and programme delivery to organizational culture and continuous learning.

Sharing the stories behind the recognition
The value of these awards extends to what others can learn from the recipients’ experiences. Understanding how an organization approached a challenge, what it changed and what it learned can help others facing similar questions.
Over the coming weeks, we will work with this year’s recipients to share their stories with our global community, including in the November edition of Momentum Magazine. These stories will offer a closer look at the work behind the recognition, and the lessons others can take into their own organizations.
Congratulations to all our 2026 recipients and everyone who reached this year’s shortlist. Thank you to every entrant who shared their experience, to our independent reviewers for their time and insight, and to Change Agitators for supporting the Agile Culture category.
Karen Sandland, CEO of the Agile Business Consortium, said:
Agility is often mistaken for moving faster. This year’s finalists remind us that it begins with something far more human: listening deeply, trusting people and having the courage to change when the old way no longer serves them. That is how organisations move forward without leaving their people behind.
Katie Taylor, Chair of the Agile Business Consortium, added:
We’ve been blown away by the number of amazing stories, from amazing people. The clearest shift this year was from stories of ‘doing agile’ to evidence of genuine organisational change. The strongest entries were honest about resistance, setbacks and lessons learned, because progress is rarely tidy. Our finalists have raised the standard by showing that credibility comes not from claiming perfection, but from proving impact.
