Manchester Statistical Society was founded by a group of philanthropists in 1833 to address social and economic issues of the time. Today, meetings continue, and in 2022 a strategic review found some big challenges for the charity. This session describes those challenges, and shares how we used agile methodologies to get a group of mostly retired Trustees and Officers collaborating and experimenting, ultimately increasing the attendance at meetings and delivering more towards the charitable objectives of the society.
