Session Description

This session explored how leadership at Krungsri Bank played a pivotal role in transforming a traditional, hierarchical banking culture into one that embraces agility, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Initially starting with a small team tasked with developing mortgage web applications, the project encountered repeated failures. However, with unwavering support from the CEO and a bold strategic pivot to mobile development, the team launched the successful Di-Sales app—now used by over 3,000 retail lending staff.

Key lessons include the power of user research, iterative experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration in driving innovation. This journey, marked by resilience and leadership commitment, has become a showcase initiative - catalyzing broader Agile adoption and digital transformation across the bank.
