As employee happiness is HR’s success factor, and as a mental health first aider, she created a support system to combat depression and anxiety specifically affecting rapid growth businesses. From there and only 4 years in Fintech, she became a recognized figurehead in the UK and European market as the Culture Guardian or Diversity Champion in the technology space. She was nominated for 4 Rising Stars in Women in Tech in the UK both 2018 & 2019.
