Ordering chaos: Cynefin Workshop

The Cynefin framework is a tool to aid decision-making. It will help you find better strategies to get things done. This workshop provides an introduction to Cynefin, the 'sense-making' framework and will allow you to gain a deeper understanding of its different parts.

Martin Berg is an experienced coach and organizational change manager. He has been helping organizations to improve their way of working within agile since 2007. He als makes use of his drawing and illustration skills to aid understanding on aspects that sometimes might be hard to understand. Examples of this are his illustration of the Cynefin framework, S3 principles illustrations and his comics illustrating different work-related aspects. All can be found at vige.se.
