Bio - Eugene James
Eugene James is the Managing Director for Agility X limited. Over the years as a senior consultant, I've provided a wealth of Portfolio, Project Management strategy and IT Project delivery expertise across multiple sectors, from local government to defence, retail and corporate banking, insurance, utilities, pharmaceutical and more recently education. I have successfully delivered enterprise tools and services, simplifying processes, cutting costs and driving efficiencies in portfolio organisation, project delivery and governance. More recently I have also been advising on the delivery of business assessments and agile growth plans within the private education sector, covering financial management, revenue generation, marketing, operational efficiencies, strategic leadership and training. Agility within business is our central focus by delivering successful outcomes and embedding lasting value.
