Guy’s background encompasses various careers, the first as a senior officer in the UK military responsible for leading complex operational situations and for the last 15 years with time divided between full-time coaching and leadership development as well as 3 years as the Operations Director of an ailing SME turning it into a profitable concern with a turnover of £1million.
Guy is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) and works freelance for several companies, including one of the largest digital coaching providers and working for a national charity providing coaching to wounded, injured and sick soldiers and veterans.
Philippe Guenet
Philippe is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), he is ORSC Certified (Organisation and Relationship System Coaching) and accredited by ICF under Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).
Since 2017, Philippe has operated as an independent coach, with a focus on supporting organisations looking to progress their digital/agile transformations to a next level. Philippe works with organisations of all sizes, Corporates, Banks and Startups, to help them with the performance of their digital efforts.
Philippe is passionate about the future of coaching and how coaching can offer positive influences to change, organisation & leadership change (especially in the areas of Agile and Digital change) as well as support society through systemic challenges such as diversity & inclusion, responsibility & sustainability, social policy and education.
Maria Sokolowska
Maria Sokolowska is a certified life coach with the International Coaching Federation and holds a master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. Her work focuses on empowering students, graduates, and early-career professionals, particularly within universities, NGOs, and charities dedicated to humanitarian efforts and social change. At the Agile conference, Maria invites participants to engage in coaching sessions, utilising visual planning, storytelling, and mapping techniques to reflect on their career paths and identify areas for growth and transformation.

A Executive Coach accredited and certified by the ICF. Professionally I have a Psychology degree, International Leadership & Management L7 Qualification, have delivered, trained and managed Accredited Behaviour Programmes for the UK National Probation service and have a Post Graduate Certificate in Business & Personal Coaching.
I partner with leaders to work on becoming more productive, in control and fulfilled. My goal is to help clients make an impact in areas of their lives or careers that have a lasting positive effect, to keep clients accountable, to motivate, inspire and collaborate in working towards becoming more satisfied.
Before becoming a coach I had a career spent in Corporate and Government, working as a Treatment Manager, Commercial Director, Development Consultant and Communications Executive. I now own and operate a Wellbeing Centre, coach by day and am an active part of a Mixed Martial Arts Academy where I instruct and train.
