Certification Levels & Exams

Foundation

AgilePM® Foundation gives you the knowledge and understanding you need to work effectively within an agile project.

You’ll learn the principles, roles, lifecycle and core practices behind AgilePM, including how Scrum supports delivery.

It’s the natural starting point if you’re new to AgilePM® and has no prerequisite.

Foundation training is typically completed over three days.

Practitioner

AgilePM® Practitioner takes that knowledge further and focuses on applying it in realistic project situations.

Rather than introducing large amounts of new theory, it develops your ability to adapt AgilePM to different scenarios, make appropriate decisions and put the framework into practice.

Practitioner training is typically two days and is designed for people progressing beyond Foundation-level knowledge.
