About the course
AgilePgM® gives programme managers and transformation leaders a disciplined yet flexible approach to managing organisational change. It’s built for the people running multi-project initiatives, coordinating teams across the business and delivering value incrementally to stakeholders who expect results.
Developed by the Agile Business Consortium, AgilePgM® doesn’t try to replace what you already know about programme management.
