About the course
AgileDS™ is built for the people designing and delivering digital services. It gives you a structured, user-centred approach to creating digital services that meet real user needs and continue to improve over time.
Developed by the Agile Business Consortium and inspired by the pioneering work of the UK Government Digital Service, AgileDS™ blends agile project management principles with the GDS service design lifecycle. It covers the full journey from discovery, through alpha and beta phases, into live service operation and continuous improvement.
What makes AgileDS™ distinctive is its public sector heritage and its focus on user needs. It uses the language and lifecycle that GDS-aligned organizations already work with, while bringing the rigour and governance that complex digital service delivery demands. Master the full GDS-aligned lifecycle, from discovery and alpha through public beta, live service and retirement, and understand how to apply each phase in real delivery.

Agile Planning and Governance
Apply agile planning, control and governance practices specifically adapted for digital service delivery, balancing flexibility with the accountability complex services need.
