With demonstrated experience in large organisations, Fallon is a logical thinker who identifies creative solutions for the intended audience. She believes in decisions that are data driven and represent what our audience is asking for. This involves collaboration with all other roles across the Consortium to ensure consistency in the value of content we publish.
In her spare time, Fallon has enjoys digital illustration, gardening, gaming and training with her Australian Shepherd, Arlo.

The overall Goals of strategic Procurement is to achieve large and sustainable cost reductions, long-term supply stability, minimization of supplier risk, Improve quality. and reduce cost.
We, at SUNLIFE India Procurement, have embarked on an agile transformation journey, rethinking how we can create value by embracing more flexible methods of working and developing a delivery model that is more sensitive to change and fast-paced situations. Sunlife Procurement has classified its present activities and processes to determine which areas require greater efficiency and which might benefit from greater agility.
It should then provide teams with the skills and culture that promotes speed, innovation, and chances for continual development. Value creation will be enabled by the transformation of the delivery model, which will create new opportunities and strengthen the capacities to respond quickly to exogenous and endogenous changes.
The challenge that emerges is to identify all the activities that Procurement function currently performs and assess the current level of maturity and nature of the activity (e.g., strategic vs. transactional, efficiency vs. agility). This determines where higher efficiency and reduced effort are required, and where agile, progressive, and iterative development can create and add value.

He is a Senior Scrum Master in Vodafone UK where he has honed significant skills in data analysis, design, product management and financial acumen during his varied career with the company from soon after its inception.
