Introduced to Agile several years ago by a fellow steering group member (thanks, Perry!), Emily's initial interest quickly blossomed into a deep passion.
As a freelance L&D consultant, Emily champions the use of tools and methods typically found in the software industry to challenge traditional HR norms and discover more effective ways to deliver value. She is a qualified Agile Coach and Scrum Master, but she believes the most significant changes come through conversation, curiosity, and an agile mindset that fosters continuous growth and adaptation.

He is the chairman of the Agile Consortium in the Netherlands and examiner for the Agile Master Certificate. With more than 25 years of experience in consultancy, training and coaching, no challenge is too big for Jeroen.
