Perry Timms has over 30 years of experience in business change and performance, with the last 21 being in HR/Organisation Development. He ranked Number 1 in HR's Most Influential Thinkers 2022 (his 5th inclusion in that list) and is now in the HR Most Influential Hall of Fame and a 4x Engagement 101 Global Influencer. Perry is a 4x Guest Professor, a 2x author and a 2x TEDx speaker. Emily is an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) professional who proudly embraces her diverse career journey. This squiggly path has led her to a unique opportunity: integrating agility and agile practices into the HR and L&D professions. Introduced to Agile several years ago by a fellow steering group member (thanks, Perry!), Emily's initial interest quickly blossomed into a deep passion.
As a freelance L&D consultant, Emily champions the use of tools and methods typically found in the software industry to challenge traditional HR norms and discover more effective ways to deliver value. She is a qualified Agile Coach and Scrum Master, but she believes the most significant changes come through conversation, curiosity, and an agile mindset that fosters continuous growth and adaptation.

Jeroen is Chair of the Agile Consortium Netherlands and a passionate community builder. He contributes to the professional field as the author of a number of books, including Agile focus in governance - Pocket guide for executives in transformation, and as co-creator of several agile leadership games. He also serves as a reviewer for the Business Agility Awards and is co-initiator of the Agile Consortium’s Certify to Inspire program.
