The Agile Business Consortium aims to provide the highest possible standard of service in all of its activities, communications, events and member interactions. We value feedback, take complaints seriously and as an opportunity to improve our services and processes.
A complaint may relate to our services, events, communications, customer service, or any interaction with the Consortium.
Complaints relating to examination or assessment results are handled separately through our examination partner. Please contact us at [email protected] if you are unsure which process applies to your complaint.
How to Make a Complaint
Complaints should be submitted by email to [email protected].
If you require this procedure in an alternative format or need support in making a complaint, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Our Complaints Process
We endeavour to acknowledge complaints within two working days of receipt.
We aim to complete investigations and provide a response within ten working days. Where a longer period is necessary due to the nature or complexity of the complaint, we will keep the complainant informed of the expected timescale and progress.
We make every effort to resolve complaints fairly, promptly and to a satisfactory conclusion following the initial investigation.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the initial investigation process, you may request escalation by contacting us in writing. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by the Chair of the Consortium, whose decision will be final.
Fairness, Confidentiality and Improvement
All complaints are handled fairly, impartially, respectfully and in a non-discriminatory manner. Raising a complaint will not adversely affect a complainant’s standing or relationship with the Consortium.
Complaints are handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
We regularly review complaints received to identify trends, lessons learned and opportunities to improve our services, communications and processes.
