Why the Agility Impact Awards Matter?

The Agility Impact Awards recognise organizations, teams and leaders who are not only adopting agile ways of working, but genuinely embodying agile principles and creating meaningful impact. These awards celebrate progress over perfection, recognising real stories of change, learning and measurable outcomes.

Celebrating meaningful impact

The Agility Impact Awards shine a spotlight on organizations, teams and individuals who are creating meaningful change through agile thinking and ways of working. By sharing real stories of transformation, innovation and measurable outcomes, the awards inspire others and demonstrate what’s possible when agility is put into practice.

Recognising excellence across industries

Each year, the awards celebrate outstanding achievements from organizations around the world. Previous recipients include KFC UK & Ireland, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Vodafone UK Digital, Jaguar Land Rover, Rabobank, Dubai Municipality, Maybank Berhad, SITA, BCI Bank, Charles River Laboratories, Attijariwafa Bank and Caritas Munich. Showcasing the breadth and diversity of agility across sectors and regions.

Building a community of learning

The Agility Impact Awards are about more than recognition. They create opportunities to share experiences, celebrate success and inspire the wider community. Through award stories, case studies, events and thought leadership, the achievements of entrants and recipients help shape the future of agile organisations and encourage others on their own transformation journeys.

Award Categories

The Agility Impact Awards recognise achievements across a range of categories, reflecting the impact, outcomes and agile practices behind each submitted story.
