About the course
AgileBA® gives you the skills, tools and techniques to perform business analysis effectively in agile environments. It covers everything from initial discovery and requirements gathering through to validating delivery and championing value at every stage of the project.
Built on the DSDM Agile Project Framework and developed by the Agile Business Consortium, AgileBA is the definitive certification for business analysis in agile contexts. It pairs the traditional disciplines of modelling, specification and prioritization with the new capabilities agile demands: collaboration, facilitation, stakeholder leadership and adapting requirements as understanding evolves.
AgileBA also works alongside other agile and project management qualifications. Many practitioners hold both AgileBA and AgilePM, giving them a complete view of how agile projects run and how business analysis fits within them.
