In this AI-based “work and task intelligence” event, Perry Timms will explain how work and task intelligence helps us understand where work could change… and how business agility helps us make those changes thoughtfully, learn from them and adapt again.
It sounds easy when we say that AI-supported analysis can help us to understand the tasks within roles, the skills those tasks require, and the opportunities to change how work is organised, but task intelligence doesn’t automatically make an organisation agile.
What does the organisation do with the insight? Does it involve people, challenge assumptions and test improvements, or does it just impose a new structure using more sophisticated data?
