In this session, Debbie explored what we learnt from the beginning of the pandemic and how as individuals, leaders and organisations we can combine the best of that time with the best of our previous working life. Now is the time to move from crisis management into taking a longer-term view and preparing our organisations and people for future success. It will be a challenging time as we try to create a hybrid organisation that meets the needs of those just starting their career as well as those who are well established and comfortable with what they have achieved, identifying new skills that we will all need.
