Interviewing Women in Agile
26 March 2020
Posted by: Abi Walker
Throughout March, you may have noticed several women in agile interviews popping up on our social media news feed. This is because, to celebrate International women’s day, the Consortium have been interviewing key women in the Agile Community.
This year, International Women’s day fell on Sunday 8th March. It is a global day which celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.
We were thrilled to have such an exciting line up of women to interview for our “Interviewing women in agile” campaign which launched on social media on Monday 3rd March 2020.
The campaign was extremely well received across our key social media platforms; Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. It was wonderful to see our agile community coming together to celebrate women working in Business Agility.
Our campaign was made up of various women from different backgrounds and industries, but there were common themes running throughout the interviews which were:
· Don't be afraid of making mistakes
· Support other women
· Believe in your capabilities
