Agile Business Consortium makes decisions to issue certificates based upon evidence gained during an assessment process.
Should you consider that a certification decision is wrong, we operate an appeals process whereby the decision will be independently reviewed.
Grounds for Appeal
There are three grounds on which a candidate may appeal:
- Personal or medical grounds
- Procedural grounds
- The decision was biased or discriminatory
Candidates may not appeal against the academic judgement of examiners.
Candidates must appeal within 20 working days of the examination.
How to Appeal
Candidates should apply in writing to email@example.com, stating their name and full contact details, exam details (including date and location), and the grounds for their appeal, along with any supporting material.
Outcome of Appeal
Candidates will be informed of the outcome of their appeal within 20 working days.
