This week's presentation will cover the key area of explaining how a rigorous approach to project management is just as important for an Agile project as for any other. Vic will look at the key aspects involved in project management and say how they should be addressed in an agile context. He will draw on the significant experiences gained from his role as Chief Examiner for Agile Project Management AgilePM®, the methodology developed by the Agile Business Consortium.
Vic Page is a founding partner of Actineo Consulting LLP where he is an agile coach and trainer. He has a wide experience of delivering Information Systems projects within traditional and agile development environments. He also has considerable experience in the development, implementation, assessment and validation of foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the Computer Science and Software Engineering disciplines.
In his early years, Vic worked for BT as either a Team Leader and/or a Project Manager for both traditional and agile projects based in the UK, USA and Europe. This included the development of the Syncordia Billing System and various CRM systems for BT Europe.
Vic was the Training and Accreditation Director at the Agile Business Consortium for 10 years. He is also the Chief Examiner for Agile Project Management AgilePM® and Agile Digital Services AgileDST at APMG.
