Agile is a team sport. Highly interactive, communicative and collaborative, agile teams need to move as one cohesive whole to achieve team goals that deliver value. Working remotely can make it challenging. Being physically separated, it is easy to lose sight of the big picture and get lost in our own work.

In this session, Kathy Berkidge will discuss how mindfulness helps us to work well as a team and remain connected even though we’re working apart.
