Twitter Competition T’s & C’s

  1. The promoter is Agile Business Consortium Ltd (company no. 03030597) whose registered office is at Henwood House, Henwood, Ashford, Kent, TN24 8DH, United Kingdom.
  2. The competition is open to residents worldwide aged 16 years or over except employees of the Agile Business Consortium or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via http://twitter/com/agile_biz
  5. Closing date for entry will be Sunday 18th February. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
    1. The entrant must respond to the question ‘What is the biggest barrier to business agility for the next generation?’ using the #GenerationAgile hashtag on Twitter
    2. The entrant must be following the @Agile_Biz Twitter page

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  10. The prize is as follows:
    1. The prize is one (1) individual two-day ticket to the Agile Business Conference 2018, being held in London on 26 & 27 September. The cost of travel, accommodation and any other additional charges will not be included or covered within the prize.
    2. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
    3. The prize is transferrable – changes to the details of the attendee will need to be sent to emmy@agilebusiness.org at least 7 days before the event.
  11. Winners will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by the promoter and/or its agents.
  12. The winner will be notified by DM on Twitter within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  13. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/will be delivered.
  14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
