He is currently Founder and Principal Consultant at Chinook Ranch Consulting leveraging his experience in strategy and OKR processes, business agility, digital and agile transformation to maximize clients’ competitiveness and effectiveness.   

Evan has held CTO, VP of Product Development, and VP of Professional Services roles in public, private, and venture funded companies in several industries, had P+L responsibility, and has built and led organizations of hundreds of highly engaged knowledge workers.  

Evan has extensive management consulting expertise in strategy and OKRs, innovation, product development, and Digital, Agile, and DevOps transformation to help clients realize peak performance and competitive advantage.  

He has an MBA, an MA, is a Certified Enterprise Scrum Coach (CSC/CEC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Enterprise Business Agility Strategist, Certified in Lean Portfolio Management, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and he served in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Ranger and a Green Beret.
