Leadership Dojo - Scrum context

Psychological Safety is the key for any team to be effective. How, as a leader, do you support a deeper level of psychological safety? Are you aware of any behaviours you may have that block psychological safety from emerging in your teams?

Join Martin Berg and Daniel Wester for this 2-hour workshop where you will get the opportunity to see and learn from your mistakes in a friendly and safe environment. You will face a set of typical challenges in the Scrum and leadership set-up.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Learn about yourself and any of your behaviours as a leader that could affect psychological safety
  • See and learn from your own mistakes
  • Become more self-aware
